Ghattamaneni Ramesh Babu was an Indian actor and producer most known for his work in Telugu cinema. In 1974, Babu made his screen debut in the Bollywood movie Alluri Seetharama Raju. Before ending his acting TV Career and Hifilm Story in 1997, he appeared in more than 15 bollywood movies.
In 2004, he started a film production firm called Krishna Productions Private Ltd., which bears his father’s name. Ramesh Babu’s Bollywood movie Success (1989–1997)
Ramesh experienced his first success as a solo hero with the box office smash Bazaar Rowdy. He appeared in the 1989 films Krishna Gaari Abbayi by V. Madhusudhana Rao and Dasari Narayana Rao’s Black Tiger. He appeared in the 1990 films Ayudham by K. Murali Mohan Rao and Kaliyuga Abhimanyudu by S. S. Ravichandra. He appeared in the 1991 film Naa Ille Naa Swargam alongside his father.
He worked with Dasari Narayana Rao once more on the 1993 Bollywood movie Maama Kodalu and starred opposite Aamani in Anna Chellelu.
